The book features a gorgeous collection of Destiny-themed art that ranges from the Guardian classes, enemy races, ships, action scenes, and more. That’s according to the book’s official description:
Here’s a look at some of the pages included in the Destiny coloring book.
The person responsible for the book is an artist named Ze Carlos, an illustrator, comic book artist, and no stranger to Destiny. An avid fan, he was handpicked by Bungie to illustrate Destiny: The Official Coloring Book after a design he made won a community t-shirt contest that Bungie held online.
The coloring book is just one piece of merchandise coming out from the Destiny franchise, which seems to be steadily increasing the amount of products it is planning to offer to fans outside of the game. For example, Bungie and Activision are partnering with Razer for a mouse, keyboard, headset, and mouse pad themed after Destiny 2.
Mega Bloks has continued to offer more building sets from the franchise, GameStop is peddling a collection of clothing and accessories themed after Destiny, a life-size replica of the Iron Gjallarhorn from McFarlane Toys, and more.
Activision says it is hoping to broaden the reach of the franchise with Destiny 2, and it appears that the publisher is counting on that happening, with enough swag and merchandise to keep those players happy outside the game as well. And Destiny: The Official Coloring Book looks to be a stunning addition to those offerings.
