Here’s what those playing Destiny 2 on PlayStation 4 are set to get:

Lake of Shadows Strike Retribution PvP Map Borealis Exotic sniper rifle City Apex ship

Here’s a full trailer showing off the exclusives:

There’s some detail on these exclusives that can be gleaned from the teaser. For one, the Lake of Shadows Strike looks to include the Taken, first seen in The Taken King expansion. So it looks like defeating Oryx hasn’t completely wiped the solar system of that enemy type.

The City Apex ship appears to be the ship that is being using in the logo for the Destiny 2 Beta. It’s likely just one version of a class of ships that have that same form factor, but PS4 users will get a version of the ship with a blue and white color scheme.

The Borealis Exotic sniper rifle looks to be very interesting indeed. It will allow players to switch between weapon damage types at will. It’s unclear how easily it will be to switch between Arc, Solar, and Void damage on the weapon—if it will be a button push or if it will require going into the weapon’s menu—but it’s definitely a fun exotic perk that could be very useful. Especially considering the new weapon setup that Destiny 2 is sporting.

Lastly, the Retribution PvP map will take players aboard a floating Cabal ship to duke it out with other players in the Crucible. It looks to be an incredibly visually interesting map in the sky, and it’s unfortunate that players on Xbox One and PC won’t be able to play it.

In addition to those named exclusives, Destiny 2 on PS4 will also get a collection of gear, one set for each class—Titan, Warlock, and Hunter. This is similar to what PlayStation received from Destiny 1. Here’s hoping that these sets will be Legendary instead of Rare like they were in vanilla Destiny.

As reported previously, this content will remain exclusively on PS4 until Fall 2018. That’s a big get for Sony, as Destiny 2 is expected to be a big seller this year, as one of 2017’s most anticipated games.

Destiny 2 will launch September 8, 2017 on PS4 and Xbox One, with a release on PC coming at a later unannounced date.
