The big addition is the Verdant Forest, which has similarities to the Haunted Forest from the Festival of the Lost, but with a Spring-focused twist. This isn’t simply a graphic change, however, and the objective is to clear as many rooms as possible. It will feature five different bosses for Destiny 2 players to tackle.
The Spring Revelry event is also changing up the ways Guardians wield the light. It is introducing a new item known as the Reveler’s Tonic, received from Eva Levante when first visiting the Tower. Filling it by completing activities or killing Verdant Forest bosses will bestow different rewards to the player, such as faster cooldown for grenades, melee, or class abilities. This Destiny 2 tonic will be more powerful based on the number of pieces from the Inaugural Revelry or Vernal Growth armor sets that are equipped and will extend to every activity except Private Matches. Orbs to fill the tonic will drop most in the Verdant Forest but will also appear based on precision kills elsewhere.
From this Destiny 2 event, players will earn a number of new rewards including the new Inaugural Revelry armor set, with pieces dropped by the bosses of the Verdant Forest. There will also be five weekly bounties that rewards pieces as a powerful drop. Reveler’s Essence an also be turned in for world drops, Enhancement Cores, and ornaments for the Inaugural Revelry helmet.

Finally, this Destiny 2 event will feature double drops, meaning players will get double the Bright Engram drops. Max level players will receive a Bright Engram and a Revelry Engram every time they level up. Players will not get duplicates until earning all the new items.
Destiny 2 is available now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
